PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR A LONG-TERM RENT:

After the approval of the reservation and accomodation agreement, guest is obliged to pay a deposit corresponding to the value of one month rent. According to the payment schedule, client is obliged to pay monthly rent one month ahead of forthcoming month to the bank account of TATRA BANKA, account number IBAN: SK56 1100 0000 0029 4402 0112, BIC: TATRSKBX.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR A SHORT-TERM RENT:

Client is obliged to execute the payment via bank transfer to the bank account of TATRA BANKA, account number IBAN: SK56 1100 0000 0029 4402 0112, BIC: TATRSKBX, or in cash right after the arrival at the reception of the hotel.

Description of the accomodation:

De Luxe 2: This room is furnished in a modern way, It contains single beds or double bed, closets, study place, fridge, tables, conference table with armchairs, own bathroom with shower, hair dryer and toilet. Some of the rooms even contain stretching seat, so your friends can fully enjoy their visit. Connection with the world is provided via Internet, which is available in the hotel for free. Smoking and partying in the rooms is strictly prohibited!

Parking: 70,-€/month is charged

Reception: Reception is fully available to you from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m. , Monday to Friday and our student staff will help you to accomodate, answer all questions and even help with any urgent problems that you encounter with during your stay. In a case of need you can use our printer, scan and copy machine.

Kitchen: All guests have access to the mutual kitchen, which is situated on the 1st floor. There are two big fridges, freezer, two cooking plates, microwave and obviously WiFi connection. Kitchen is a great place to spend free time with other guests and enjoy each others company.

Gym: All guests have full access to the gym which is opened until 9 pm every day of the week.

Restaurant: Great place to enjoy hot and tasty meals! Everyday menu is matter of course.

Laundry: Situated on the ground floor, laundry contains washing machines, dryers. There is also enough space to dry clothes,

Study room: This room is situated in a quiet part of the hotel, so peace for study is guaranteed.
