PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR A LONG-TERM RENT:

After approving the reservation and sending the accommodation contract, the client pays two payments within three days of signing the contract, namely a deposit of two months’ rent, one-month rent, and a one-time administrative fee of €100. The following total rent must be paid before entering the accommodation, according to the repayment schedule, to the bank account of TATRA BANKA, account number IBAN: SK56 1100 0000 0029 4402 0112, BIC: TATRSKBX.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR A SHORT-TERM RENT:

Client is obliged to execute the payment via bank transfer to the bank account of TATRA BANKA, account number IBAN: SK56 1100 0000 0029 4402 0112, BIC: TATRSKBX, or in cash right after the arrival at the reception of the hotel.

Description of the accomodation:

De Luxe 2 V: This room is a perfect choice for those who want to live in the two. It is modernly furnished and consists of two single beds, closet, study place, fridge, own bathroom with shower, hair dryer and toilet. Connection with the world is provided via Internet, which is available in the hotel for free. Smoking and partying in the rooms is strictly prohibited!

Parking: 50,-€/month is charged

Reception: Reception is fully available to you from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m. , Monday to Friday and our student staff will help you to accomodate, answer all questions and even help with any urgent problems that you encounter with during your stay. In a case of need you can use our printer, scan and copy machine.

Kitchen: All guests have access to a shared kitchen, located on the 1st floor. There are two large refrigerators, free-standing freezer, two hotplates, electric stove with oven, 2 microwaves, kettle. WiFi connection. Great place to spend free time with other students and cook together. Kitchen is a great place to spend free time with other guests and enjoy each others company.

Gym: All guests have full access to the gym which is opened until 9 pm every day of the week.

Restaurant: Great place to enjoy hot and tasty meals! Everyday menu is matter of course.

Laundry: situated on the ground floor, It is equipped with two washing machines, two dryers and a space for drying and ironing clothes.

Study room: This room is situated in a quiet part of the hotel, so peace for study is guaranteed.
